We also manage the sourcing for sanitary ware and air-conditioning systems. For appliances, simply share your requirements and we’ll provide a tailored proposal—or, if you’ve already chosen your favorites, we will handle the technical coordination and installation for a seamless fit.
As we approach completion, our designers and project coordinators perform rigorous joint quality inspections to identify and rectify any defects before the official handover.
Our commitment doesn't end when you move in; should you discover any further details that need attention, our team remains available to ensure everything is perfect.
Finally, we provide a comprehensive cleaning, delivering your home in move-in condition so you can begin your new chapter immediately including yearly after-sales support for add-ons and servicing.
Our handover is a comprehensive orientation of your new home. Your designer will conduct a full walkthrough—from testing every cabinet and light switch sequence to demonstrating wireless remote systems. We provide all necessary maintenance and programming guides to keep your home in peak condition.
To ensure a truly seamless transition, we also offer dedicated training sessions for your household helper. We’ll walk them through appliance operations and specific maintenance cleaning guidelines, so you can settle in with total peace of mind.
